MEMBERSHIPMembership in the Association is comprised of a wide range of individuals and agencies involved in the regulation of dentistry or the administration of dental education for any licensing jurisdiction within the United States or Canada. The Association works with approximately 1000 oral health stakeholders. AADB is comprised of over 400 individual and agency members. Virtually every state dental board maintains a membership, joined by a group of Canadian provinces and U.S. protectorates. Over 250 memberships are held by individuals currently serving on dental boards with another 100 memberships held by former dental board members who remain active in regulatory affairs. The remaining memberships include administrators, educators, examiners, and lawyers. Over 100-lifetime members round out our roster. If you need approval from your employer, AADB has developed template letters for you to download and use. The letter templates are linked below under each membership description.
